The following booklet contains four translation activities based on the new Spanish GCSE AQA Spec Paper 4 (Higher Tier). These are ideal to use after you have completed a topic or for revision purposes. I have included two booklets. One with just the translation as you would sit in an exam and the second is includes a brief word word bank for each translation to aid students. Each booklet is in .doc format and is editable for your individual teaching needs. Claddagh Classrooms

I use this resource as a revision for my KS4 groups. It is a simple PowerPoint that states the rules of the Conditional Tense in Spanish. With the PowerPoint I have attached a booklet to aid with the lesson. The booklet contains the following: - 4 activities that students can complete in lesson or as homework / revision. (Fill in the gaps x 2, translate sentence and write a paragraph) - A notes sheet on the formation of the tense - A notes sheet on the most common irregular verbs. The final file is a cute exit slip to finish the lesson and see if there are any big gaps in students knowledge. Enjoy! Claddagh Classrooms

After a recent Ofsted inspection our department has come up with a 'Check in System' in for pupils to review how they like learning. This form has worked wonders for us and has allowed us to get to know our pupils, especially our PP pupils (Pupil Premium), SEN & MAP (More Able Pupils) much better. Simple display cards to get your room and your students in the festive Easter spirit. My students love Easter! (It must be the chocolate!) and the display is nice when surrounded by students work. Alternatively use the activity attached also. I use these as a game first to introduce the vocabulary to my students. They are placed around my room and students are given a list of Easter vocabulary in English. They then have to find the Irish equivalent. It's nice to watch students discover the vocabulary themselves as opposed to looking at a PowerPoint and writing everything down in a vocabulary book. Once the lesson is finished they can go onto a display board. Please note this is a .pdf display only.
